Extensive experience of a wide range of commercial offices ranging from refurbishments and fit-outs to new build. We have specialist knowledge of the City of London commercial market. We are proud to say that our internal fit-out design team are second to none and welcome any challenge.
EDUCATION
Experience of all types of education projects having worked on many Further Education Colleges, Academies and Schools and Nurseries. We understand the requirements and constraints involved in working alongside the school and the need to ensure the work is carried out causing minimum disruption to teaching. Our team have advised Clients not only on design of classrooms, but also specialist buildings including swimming pools, sport buildings and library blocks.
RESIDENTIAL
Our experience continues to grow with residential projects. It has been a sector our team has continuously worked within for over 17 years. From refurbishment of complete streets of housing, to designing individual one off houses for Clients. We have designed schemes for private developers and Local Authorities, both new build and refurbishment.
RETAIL
Having been involved with projects in and around London, we provide design advice from shopfront to back of house. Our team are involved in various projects in London including refurbishment, and retail blocks included within larger multi use schemes.
ECCLESIASTIC
Having designed spaces and provided advice to numerous organisaions, our team has developed and re-developed both churches and their associated properties. Our teams from Architecture, Project Management and CDM Coordination have provided input, and our experience provides us with the ability to deliver on any project of any scale.
